Rebel Rock Bridalwear Terms & Conditions

All gowns remain the property of Rebel Rock Bridalwear until full payment is received.



All orders must include brides measurements, colour and wear date.

If the bride is intending to lose weight, we suggest ordering at the correct size and instruct that the seamstress will take into fit at the fitting appointment.

An order can not be guaranteed without the brides measurements.



If any design gets discontinued, we will endeavour to let the bride know immediately with all the information from the designer.  We reserve the right to cancel an order placed at any time.



A 50% deposit is required to secure an order.  The balance is then due on collection of the dress from Rebel Rock Bridalwear.

Payment can be taken by Bank Transfer, Card Machine or Cash.



With the three designers we stock it can take up to 9 months required for orders as dresses are all made to order.  Express delivery is available with each designer but are charged at an extra cost.



Cancellations and changes to the order can only be made in writing and within 5 days after the order date.


Product Size

Each designer has dress chart sizes your measurements will be taken ad submitted with the closest dress size indicated.

Any extra length and additional slips will incur extra charges.


Returns Procedure

Any imperfections of goods received must be notified to Rebel Rock Bridalwear in writing within 48 hours of the goofs being collected.
